The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to AZUEM. AZUEM operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered through the store (collectively, the "Services").
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform and related technology that enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on our store, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access, browse, purchase from, or otherwise use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information concerning your legal rights, responsibilities, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Some products sold through AZUEM may be sourced, stored, fulfilled, or shipped directly by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, or fulfillment partners.
As a result, products may be shipped from locations different from AZUEM's place of business, including locations in other countries or regions, and items within the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Any health, wellness, comfort, fitness, or product-related information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should follow all product instructions and warnings and consult an appropriate healthcare professional if you have questions concerning a medical condition or whether a product is appropriate for you.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of your order.
AZUEM reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment authorization problems, product or inventory availability, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellation requests can be accommodated after processing has begun.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
You agree not to place orders for unlawful purposes or for unauthorized commercial resale where such resale has been expressly prohibited.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change without notice before an order is placed.
The price charged for a product will be the price displayed and applicable at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine errors as permitted by applicable law.
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the store or at checkout.

Any applicable charges collected by AZUEM will be displayed at or before checkout where required.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, account, and contact information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
If we discover a genuine pricing, billing, or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where permitted by applicable law, cancel or modify the affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Order processing, estimated shipping times, shipping costs, tracking availability, customs information, and related shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.
All processing and delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders within the timeframes communicated through the Services.
Some orders may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, or fulfillment partners, including partners located outside the customer's country.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs authorities, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, or other events outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AZUEM is not responsible for delays caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we are unable to ship an order within a timeframe required by applicable law or within an applicable promised shipping timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.
Title and risk of loss for purchased products will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any delivery, cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The Services and their content, including trademarks, trade names, logos, text, graphics, images, photographs, video, audio, product presentation, website design, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to AZUEM, Shopify, or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal and lawful purposes.
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with our prior written authorization, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected portions of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to any trademark, copyright, patent, design, trade secret, or other intellectual property belonging to AZUEM, Shopify, or any third party except as expressly stated.
AZUEM's names, branding, logos, product names, designs, and slogans may be trademarks or other protected intellectual property and may not be used without authorization.
Shopify's names, logos, products, and services are the property of Shopify or its licensors.
All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Unless otherwise stated, we do not control those third-party tools and provide access to them on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
AZUEM is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform and related technology that enables us to provide the Services.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and AZUEM.
Shopify is not the seller of products offered by AZUEM and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, providing customer service for AZUEM products, or resolving disputes between AZUEM and its customers except to the extent Shopify separately agrees or is required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, losses, or liabilities arising solely from products purchased directly from AZUEM.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Our collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are powered by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal information in connection with your use of the Services.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, obscene, malicious, infringing, or harmful content, or content containing malware or malicious code.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of Feedback you submit.

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or other mistakes relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, estimated transit times, or other information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel or modify affected orders where reasonably necessary.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment because of such an error, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AZUEM and its affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from or relating to your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or similar losses, where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
In jurisdictions that do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, our liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AZUEM and its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and licensors from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from:
- Your material breach of these Terms
- Your unlawful use of the Services
- Your violation of applicable law
- Your infringement or violation of a third party's rights
This section does not require you to indemnify AZUEM for losses caused by AZUEM's own conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim where practicable and may reasonably participate in or control the defense of such claim, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law or severed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

AZUEM may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, corporate restructuring, transfer of business or assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements through which AZUEM provides the Services are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply and cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law to bring a claim in another jurisdiction, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Taiwan (Republic of China).
Nothing in this section is intended to deprive a consumer of any protection or forum right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

Headings in these Terms are provided for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of any provision.
